Flood Wash in Action
manual and pneumatic valves
Effluent Solutions Australia use the highest quality valves for effluent management. With stainless steel internal components, these valves are the best suited for harsh effluent environments.
The valves come in a variety of sizes, however the most common used for our floodwash applications are 12” (300mm) and 14” (355mm). We use these large sizes to maximise flow rates and reduce friction loss.
Manual and pneumatic valves are available.
Effluent Solutions Australia understands the practicality of any system is important. Our manual valves are installed with a user friendly wheel operated, gear box. These valves can be opened in less than 4 seconds.
Pneumatic valves are also an available option for our floodwash systems. These valves are air operated and activated by a push button. The push button can be near the valve itself, or located within the dairy for ease of operation, meaning you can start your floodwash by the press of a button as you finish milking in the dairy.
Effluent Solutions Australia also design and install control systems which can be customised to suit your operation.

FloodWash Tank Volume & Height
We offer two sizes of floodwash tank for your application both available in a range of Colourbond colours. Our most popular size is the 27000L Tank, however we also offer an 18500L tank. Both tanks are 6.5m in height.
Both of our 18500L and 27000L Floodwash Tanks have a height of 6.5m offering excellent head pressure for flood washing applications without requiring a tank stand. The additional height also offers additional volume for heavily soiled areas or areas with less slope.
